Its a prequel, from what I heard, the main charter is Gulcasa, the reason i know its a prequel is because all those general you killed in Yggdra Union are in the trailer for Blaze Union

The PSP version really improved on this game. It includes some better graphic quality but still retaining the good ol' retro style of looks and gameplay and it even includes voice acting so it really improved. Oh and the anime really kicks ass. The characters look well done and it matches with the theme. Atlus makes most out of the ordinary games, such as the lame FPS and Platformers we have today. Take Catherine for example.
