This shows sets 1 and 8 of Friday's work (290 pounds, four reps) and sets 1, 7, and 10 of Saturday's work (400 pounds, 182.5 kilos), and then, after the ten sets, a single at 465 pounds (210 kilos)
Other work: Monday I did 270 6x6 on bench, and 315 for three sets of 8 on squat (wow, felt that the next day).
Wednesday, 290 7x5 on bench, three sets of six pullups (all my elbows could handle) and 3 sets of 8 barbell rows, 135 pounds.
Friday, I worked up to 405 on deadlift.
No other work sets Saturday. Still holding together quite well on the raw work. The shirted day is a stone b***h. My elbows were killing me for the first five sets, but felt better the last five.
The 465 (210 kilo) single was another miracle. This Smolov stuff just turns you into a machine!
