back in school we had alphabet plays and I was picked to do the villain in the panama hat.It was cool to dress up and terrorise the kiddies up the front. The kids who did the letter S practiced with a snake but on the night one of them bought a six foot python and it not only horrified the kids up the front but also the teacher who let out a big scream. The snake was cool. Ah memories of school

The Villian has the tiniest feet!

@67nairb Right on. "Beware of the Fat Man"

@lion371 Just saw this, sorry for the delay! Varnish is a clear covering you paint on, say, a wooden floor to protect it from the elements and bring out the shine. Violins use varnish (sounds like a Sesame Street sketch, lol!). A couple of other examples you may have heard of: Shellac and Polyurethane.

Outstanding Post !!! I haven't seen this one in 30+ yrs !! The villain sounds like Lord Humongous in The Road Warrior to me.. LOL "just walk away, just walk away..."

@leper73 I never found out what is varnish?

And the cop/security guard sounds like Dudley Do-Right.
And at 0:26...what is up with the Villain's pants? :X

"...Oh no, you don't, villain! You're under arrest!" always liked that part.

You just know I had to test this out and you're right! :-) Number four on the Google list of refs to panama hat is this Sesame Street cartoon, that's hilarious.
