Two of my children had whooping cough a few years after the vaccine. So much for that protection. The youngest had it when she was two. Never immunized, like her older siblings. Kept breast feeding and used a classically trained homeopath and we had a family bed that allowed parents to instantly attend to her. My pediatrician said that I was doing the best thing. He kept in touch. She recovered quickly and without major incident. Gov't mandate is to keep 'em stupid and keep 'em scared

This commercial sometimes airs past midnight and sometimes when I'm lying in bed awake, I hear that cough. That last cough that echoes scares the crap out of me.

I searched this commercial on YouTube just so I could see how much everyone else hates it. Don't get me wrong: I HATE IT TOO. Ugh, it's just so over the top.

I HATE this friggin' commercial! There aren't enough exclamation points in the world for how much I hate this commercial. It may do the job but I turn the channel everytime I see this commercial coming on

I had something close to whooping cough when I was a baby. I'm known as the miracle baby. Being born 11 days early, having asthma, not breathing on my own, and having RSV(close to whooping cough) I'm very blessed-3 when ever this commercial plays all I can do is cry...it's so sad to actually hear what I went through as a baby :(

Get real people. Whooping cough is VERY dangerous to babies, especially those too young to be vaccinated. Parents and older siblings should be vaccinated. It's hard for me to watch too but if you have ever had a real-life infant struggle to breathe, you know you would do anything to help make sure it never happened again.
