First of all thanks for all the comments.

TheTreeAMV is right, the paint splatters are from Riot Gear

But hey, just do a google search for blood or splatter brushes for Photoshop. Then in After Effects draw a path over the splatter and animate its beginning and end position. This way your designs will look unique. I think half of the web owns Riot Gear by now. ;-)
