So walmart sell organic veggies and what kinda veggies and fruit is he getting and how many times a day do u need to drink this also how long do you have to be on detox and And when u get off do you eat meat

No he bought the juicer at Walmart. If money is tight, my recommendation would be to buy the juicer and get the veggies from the grocery store. The habit is more important than perfect veggies.

How much ru spending a week on veg and fruit. And also I don't wanna buy a juicer can I blend it to hell?

Honestly my weekly food expenditures has decreased. I have perminently decreased my meat intake to under 5 oz a day. This has made a tremendous difference in the way i feel and a buy product we don't spend as much at the grocery store and the food last longer. Win Win all away around.

The problem is when people try to double dip. Eat healthy and Eat with old habbits.

Now That is expensive.

Ok About the juicer. If you would allow me to shoot you straight like we were 1st cousins.

Aight here we go.

Stop being cheap and get the damn thing. It is one the best investments you will ever make. Xmas is coming up and u can have someone get one for you. DOn't worry you dont have to get an expensive one when you are just getting started. My co-worker is on the juice and he spent under 50 dollars at walmart.

I have found that success breeds success. If you want the hubby to get in there, You continue to lead from the front and as soon as the compliments start rolling in. You watch his subcontious kick in and you want have to say a thing.

Leading from the front is best medicine for a spouse that needs to get off there butt.
