It tells you that your immune system won't be able to fight the flu virus if you suffer from asthma, any chronic illness or are over 65 years old, unless you protect yourself with a flu jab, like the bus driver in this advert.

im getting a flu jab today

Last time I didnt get a flu jab, I was ill for 2 weeks, had to go hospitial loads of times and sleept 26 hours. Flu aint fun :(

i dont get flu shots and oddly enough i dont get the flu. my co-workers however do get the flu shot and one of them has been messed up for a week now. preventative medicine/surgery no thanks. i will take it when i get sick.

Have you heard of allicin before? It's a natural garlic extract that kills pathogens in the body, I think it's in onions and chives too. You can get it in capsule form, thats what I use.

For me, the best remedy for a cold or flu is a nice, hot and spicy curry! :D
