Yeah man, charge characters like Bison and Balrog are soooo overpowered. That's why most of the top players in Japan play Ryu and Sagat, right?
You act like it's impossible to beat these guys... focus owns a good 70% of Balrog's special moves, Bison's scissor kicks can be neutral jumped and punished, and his head stop is extremely easy to dodge and punish. Don't get me started on Blanka, Who can be reversal ultraed after any of his specials by about 75% of the cast.
