my pet budgie turned 5weeks today :)

next video's im going to get someone holding the cam, because alot of my video's have been much the same .

it turned out to be female i knew it would but sometimes i did have my doubts lol because the cene kepped changing color to pale blue (female) then rich purple and blue (male) and the white rings around her nostrils did fade abit sometimes. but yeah it was a tough one alot were thinking same as you.

It has white rings, BUT... weird thing is the cene seems to change color all the time, one minute it's a purple/blue next it's a light blue maybe it's a he/she lol no idea really i've asked experts and they say female, these videos are pretty poor quality to make much of a judgement :P

we got mite spray and the wing has healed and she's slowly stopped preening herself as much as she did, She seems alittle more happier,

Your budgie is absolutely beautiful. I love that color blue she has. Looks so pretty against the white. I'm glad she's better now. I had to take Poptart to the vet a few weeks ago too. (he's better now).

LOL, I know the feeling. My Greens chicks were all thought to be males, until last night when I checked again, BJ was definitely female without a doubt hahahaha. I think they just like to keep us guessing ;)
