But I still have one question: Aren't folding knives which blades are fixed after opening - like the Gator - prohibited in Denmark? I have got this information a few years ago and therefore only carried my Opinel when I was in Bornholm last year.

yes they are but i got a permit for mine when i do a lot of traveling in norway and sweden
