  • Become Catholic to get forgiveness.

Become Islamic to get 72 virgins.

Become a mormon to become a god of your own universe.

It's kinda funny how every religion has to keep coming up with better and better prizes to get people to join. Religious people should just take the next logical step and put out an infomercial for religion. "OK you'll get eternal forgiveness, peace and tranquility, and if you call in the next ten minutes we'll DOUBLE the size of your house in heaven!"

  • Forgiveness via religion is a scam

  • @SoullessAtheist He basically is already if he says he's a Buddhist.

  • @ariane311987 What exactly did you need saving from? We ARE here to know and understand everything possible for us to conceive. Why do you actively seek to remain stupid and credulous and ignorant? I'm glad you admit that there is zero evidence for His existence, but if that's the case, then why believe? Why are you willing to put your "faith" in uneducated chauvinistic men from 2000 years ago but not PHD scientists who steadily (despite church oppression) unlocked the secrets of the universe?

  • @freakystyley4000 Buddha as they say was the enlightened one, but he was never the light.

and having a billion of believers doesnt make bramah the real God.

  • @bendon82 then id rather be called gullible knowing i am saved. we are not here to know and understand everything.. just because theres a zero evidence to prove he existed doesnt mean he never really existed. that's the challenge for us, to believe without seeing.

  • @ariane311987 Faith is not a good thing. If you believe without evidence, then that just makes you a credulous, gullible child. There is more evidence to support that Jesus didn't even exist than there is to show that he did. There is zero evidence that he "has risen." Learn to be critical of any idea. Learn to question it and scrutinize it. Learn to think for yourself. Learn to research things, and always know who your sources are.

  • @ariane311987 - ah huh. But Mr. Buddha was also born of a virgin. So was Horus. Mithrah was also raised from the dead.

Besides, everyone knows that Bramah is the real Lord of all Creation. And don't argue back with me; a billion Indians can't be wrong.

  • crux of Christianity is faith.. believing what you are not seeing.. Jesus Christ is the real Lord, He has risen, Buddha didn't. .

  • Usually those who "preach" to others are the greatest sinners themselves and this includes Hume.
