http://www.xheli.com/pyro-250-exi-micro-helicopter.html - This is the 250 Class Electric Micro Helicopter from EXI! The EXI 250 is a fully capable 200 class helicopter are fairly new to the hobby. EXI is the newest modelers around the United States when it comes to advanced high-performance electric helicopter technology. This helicopter is quite small and capable of doing just about any 3D maneuver. At a quick glance one can't help but notice the EXI 250's striking resemblance to the T-Rex 250. Although it's not an exact clone, it does share an almost identical frame design. The EXI 250 is aggressively priced much lowered- and with that price point it will undoubtedly appeal to anyone who wants to jump in the hobby. Nonetheless, the Pryo 250 is a capable machine and should perform quite well in the hands of intermediate and advanced pilots.

  • I just bought my first RC helicopter. It's an E Sky Hunter, 4 channel coaxial. What does the 250/450/500 refer to when talking about classes? Are the numbers a measurement of something like weight?

    Thanks

  • @davethecritter Those are the size of the helicopters.

  • hi my english is not very good but i have a question

why 6channel helicopter can fly overhead?

  • @HockeyGott252 with 6ch helicopters they have variable pitch that can allow for the helicopter to fly inverted

  • what channel is it??

  • Jesus lets see if it can fly right side up! So it flys upside down question is can it fly right side up? : p

  • @xToXiicxT3RRoRx It depends. A 250 is more agile and generally more difficult to fly, but you can do a lot more on a smaller space and doing 3D with it is just insane.

A 450 is generally more stable in the sense that it's a bit more docile to fly, but a good 450 size helicopter can be flown in aggressive 3D just the same. You'll need a bit more space though, but it's definitely the best size to start with.

  • whats better 250's or 450's

  • @ZXETIT

250 helis are good helis but require some skill to fly, if u havnt get a sim (i recomend phoenix rc) and practice on there, then id say get a 450 sized heli to get use to the feel of 6ch and when ur happy get a 250 :)

  • might get it once i am a-ok at my dsim, im already really good, i just need to work on emergency landings, you know, when the battry dies, or tail rotor fails, stuff like that. member, im only 10 tho.

  • is this good for a first 3d heli. i have experience with my fixed pitch
