This City of Madison, Wisconsin and NHTSA video shows bicycling from a kids eye view. Perceptual limits and skills kids need to develop to bicycle in the streets, proper looking, avoiding sidewalk hazards and dooring, among many skills. An excellent video for youth, teachers, schools and parents.

Richard Swent, LAB certified LCI instructor passed on some update to the helmet section. Those have been incorpated in red boxes in the video.
