False positive. Not a virus. AVG is one of the poorest AVs for falsely detecting programs as viruses. Anyone who believes absolutely in AVG's judgement that this is a virus is foolish.

yeah my rocketdock its same like that my avast antivirus allways popup it can't delete it. after 2 moth by using roketdock with that virus my computer its screen black becuz of that...its called black screen of death

Scanned with NOD32 and detects no virus so it's false positive.
I'm using RocketDock for so long and nothing in my WHOLE computer has modified and deleted. If it's crashing, it's your poor computer's spec fault, or too many programs / processes are running.
2 words. AVG fails.
