I don't know if it's recoil, but it looks as if the domino blocks are heavy and slow, same goes for the iron balls. It alls feels a bit sluggish. And the wooden tower felt like it was almost floating.
Is this normal in recoil? Or did you play with the gravity settings?
Don't get me wrong I like your video, but I'm looking into purchasing modo501 and I'm just researching the pro's & cons
@BuzzyBe I know what you mean, I actually have an updated simulation that runs slightly faster in modo where the speed is more natural. This domino simulation is all real world physics but I ended up making my dominos heavier than they should be to get them to stay in line without sliding away as I had a hard time balancing the weight versus friction to get the simulation I was after.
@unipsycho88 In the end, the heavier dominos have more momentum so react a bit slower, so I sped up the simulation to get the effect I was after. You can see an updated simulation in my video response as well.
