wrestling is one of the greatest sports it gets you conditioned and it teaches you control in a situation like that of wrestling a person and mind set
QM! You're doing QM! (Quadrupedal Movement). This shit is amazing. No lie. If you're pretty unconditioned, this will be some nice strength, and if done long enough, endurance.
