QM! You're doing QM! (Quadrupedal Movement).
This shit is amazing.
No lie.
If you're pretty unconditioned, this will be some nice strength, and if done long enough, endurance.
Overall though, this is AMAZING! for body awareness/agility/propriocepti on.
