Bill Schuette claims he'd stand up against political corruption if elected Michigan's next Attorney General. But while serving on the Michigan Court of Appeals, Schuette sided with former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick against a whistle-blowing Detroit police officer. That's not standing up to political corruption, that's defending it. Bill Schuette on duty for corrupt politicians, not for us.
I'm pretty sure he also stole 9 million dollars from the city of Detroit.

An appeals court judge is to decide questions of law, not questions of fact. Even a criminal (as Kwame turned out to be) is entitled to due process under the law. This ad is very misleading.

Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick lied on the witness stand about an affair with a colleague so his wife wouldn't find out. Where is all this so called corruption in city government? Mr. Kilpatrick pissed off some very powerful people and they demonized and scandalized his name, period.
