Se trata de un teléfono móvil y unidad flash. Es decir, moviles con capacidad para almacenar música, fotos, videos y contactos sobre el mismo.
El dispositivo que se ve al final del video es el móvil más pequeño del mundo, que tan solo pesa 40.1g y con medidas de 72mm x 37mm x 7.8mm.
Puedes enviar y recibir SMS, tiene altavoz, Bluetooth, reproductor MP3 consta de al menos 1 GB de almacenamiento.
El precio, es de unos 200$ por el módulo básico con dos "jackets" (no especifican cuáles) y cada carcasa (Jacket) extra los precios que rondarán de los 20$ a los 60$.

That device you see at the end of the video is the default device that you snap the flash drive/phone into. It has a one-inch screen is supposedly very power-efficient.

ok maybe this phone is not the next big thing, but its all about the idea that create the new idea that create a new one. Maybe next year we will see someting new wich will based on this but more big and more creative. That is the evolusion of technology: to create something that will potentialy became a base to something else and just for it its a briliant!

Unless the jacket provides 4' Super-Amoled display and running 1GHZ Android 2.1.. Then i have no comment on "out of trend" jackets.

But instead the phone is the same like any proprietary phone but only larger and thicker. Feels so much like the 90's if u ask me. So i guess you will be shuffling your trends around the 90's era.

you won't use all the features of a super phone in one day, or in a particular activity like working in office, going to parties and driving. so you use jackets in every activity you think you need a particular feature only of a phone... plus, if the phone is out of trend, you just buy a new jacket and not a new modu. that's great! but i wonder how about it's powerconsumption (battery life) and price of modu phones and its jackets... haven't seen one around here.

mmm you need to use a computer eh? FYI every phone, GPS, and MP3 player is a computer, so please be specific about "needing a computer".

and i find it hard to believe that the GPS jacket does not have speakers.

(if you have speakers you can play music - the O.S is still the Modu OS with the same music player.)

i dont get it like the sat nav and that why dus putting the phone in the thing make a difference ? is that the power source so the gps jacket will be alot cheaper than an actual gps ? and dus the modu thing itself make calls or only when in a mobile jacket ? :s
