A GREEN TIP FOR LA. dont put your trash bins out unless they are very full. Allow people who are on foot to take recyclables from your bin instead of the big diesel burning truck who revs his engine in front of your house for a few items.

Form what I have heard, Sanitation actually orders all these trucks and deals with the biddings and stuff, much they only ask Amrep or whoever the body maker is to make a certain number or all of the trucks ordered in this yellow for Street Services.
