music is universal, i'm white and english, not only do i play irish harp but i play in an arabic reggae band, music is a universal language that should not have any tribal crap involved. Music crosses all borders, creates friendship and peace. bless up

its funny that a song with this much meaning and feeling should be fought over in a world of broken facts.im not irish or english nor scotish or welsh but in canada im from the closest thing to irish.im from newfoundland a place that was made up of english lies to the irish an scott of great lives and big futures and the one thing that through all the modern Bs that has held on,is the music,600 years ago my name began in ireland and today still sings the songs becouse of there power and meaning
I hope to have this song sung at my funeral (in a few decades I hope) because it gives the exact message Id like to send, not depressing but just that hint of sadness and memories of past joy
