According to The Big Bang Theory unaired pilot, he has. Granted, his character is a lot different (and the entire show for that matter) in the pilot, but still, it's just astounding in regards to his character.
BTW, the woman who Sheldon slept with was replaced with Raj and Wallowitz (spelling?) in the show. The woman who walks in at the end of the clip later became Penny.

@VictorLepanto: I just remembered, Sheldon's previous roommate didn't appear in the pilot but in a later nostalgia recollection episode. Where Leonard explains to Penny how he came to live w/ Sheldon. Just b/c a scene hypothetically occured earlier in the characters lives, you think it actually did occur earlier.

They will have to create an episode where Sheldon is on trial for his life & aliens shows this video at the trial as evidence. They can have Sheldons old roommate from the real pilot wanting to go live w/ the aliens & Sheldon helps him.

You can see why this episode wasn't picked up and they needed to make another version. I use to have a crush on Amanda Walsh when she was on MuchMusic though.
