I went to Seattle earlier this year, it rained while I was there too.
Besides that it's a nice city to visit.

Yeah, I grew up in Seattle. I thought the rain was bad, but then I moved to Utah... and when you get to see the sun in Utah, it gets up to 110. When you can't see the sun, it's because you're buried in snow six months out of the year. I'll take consistent Seattle rain over Utah's bipolar fry-or-freeze weather any day.
