Text is just modified by writing directly in context. We've experimented with an iframe-less Tiny MCE solution for this, as well as with an iframe-less content editor that is developed by Informaat in Baarn NL for our own use. The solution for changing images and videos is not implemented in the prototype that you see on this video. In other implementations we've used floating panels, modal panels and drop sheets that are projected over the page's iframe that allow for changing image settings.
