Footage of the ninety second (southbound) journey from Invershin railway station to Culrain railway station. The two stations are request stops on the Far North Line that connects Inverness with Thurso and Wick, separated by the Kyle of Sutherland. Carbisdale Castle is visible above the river, and is now a youth hostel accessible from Culrain station.

  • The viaduct now (2011) carries a footway across the Kyle of Sutherland.

Be careful when trying to use these stations as not all trains will be scheduled to stop - even when requests are made.
