But he has multiple witnesses backing up his story. (and if you listen closely, he notes that he has text messages backing up his statements) Bet you didn't hear about that from the View.

this would never happen in europe. reserved seats are reserved, non-reserved are first come first serve. plus, what's with the holding pen issue before boarding? that sucks.
