In this video we will learn all about one of the many hundreds of ways there are to border an image. We will create two borders, one with a layer mask the other with a clipping mask. @362boi make sure the foreground color is white, select the layer and hold ALT and hit delete.

I'm really surprised there's no " add border" in photoshop where you just specify border size and colour.
