Giant Grocery Opens Up in Ward 8, Southeast Washington DC

This past week Giant Supermarket opened its doors to the Southeast, Ward 8 community. I marks a revitalization of the area, a place grocers and retailers have avoided opening up locations for years. In fact, its the first major supermarket retailer to open in Ward 8 in 9 years.
