Update 11/27/2008: When soaking The Paper in water place 2-3 drops of Dish soap (Surfactant) in Vary Vary hot water and let soak about 1 hour. This will cause the water to penetrate the paper and it will come right off.

Part 2 of a 4 part series. This is the Ins and outs of applying Transfer paper to a PCB surface mount or standard through hole and will work for any project.
The Paper is STAPLES "photo basic gloss" Item#666176 4x6in but any size of STAPLES "photo basic gloss" will work.

I now use 120Deg F water mixed with dish soap, the Water now penetrates the paper and there is very little rubbing. It almost falls off in one piece .

  • I really need to know if this is helpful drop me a line and give me some feed back.

  • Cold water is better!

2 minutes and paper alone leaves...
