I am building a parking spot for my 1956 White 9000TD and I wanted some rocks to go around it to make it look better. Brittany and I went to my Grandpaw's house and loaded my 1966 Chevy C-10 down as heavy as I dared. She did a great job of hauling it all.

Hope you enjoy!

  • sweet is it a single barrel?

  • Yep, it had a Rochester B model single barrel

  • *has, not had.

I'm rebuilding the carb right now, so another video will be coming soon.

  • is any of your machines for sale?

  • no, I'm keeping them all, especially my Chevy.

  • that was a cool video, but why would you get pulled over? Your not doing anything illegal.

  • The law can pull over a truck for being overloaded since it is a safety hazard. Breaking an axle or blowing out a tire can cause a wreck or worse.

  • I've got a '66 GMC same engine same carb. I pulled a 22' car trailer with a lifted 3/4ton V10 dodge up some steep hills to get his truck home. I always say it might take 1 minute to get thru a 1/4 mile but it will do it empty or loaded beyond reason.

  • nice ole 66 chevy that was funny what you said at 108 " farm truck overloaded an under powered " lol old chevy runs good id like to get a 63 chevy c10 in cherry red stepside whit a 283 v8 an a 4 speed

  • @culp7 3 on the tree!

  • @teeter1939 The law can also pull you over because they're bored. I've been stopped 3 times in the last 2 months, never for a real reason. Not speeding. Lights on and working. Tires are good. Seatbelts on, all the way around. I never got a ticket out of it (because I wasn't doing anything wrong), but it's hard to keep your attitude in check when you know johnny law is just looking for a reason to be a dink. "Hey, there's a totally average white van out at night. I'm gonna stop him 'cause I can."

  • dad had a 66 3/4ton till 1979 when the boy mounts shit the bed whis i still had that truck, pull a trailer w/ bobcat and a load of dirt btw it had a ez dumper on it.

  • now days you have it to look at or to use,,,i prefer looking at the truck while imm usein it

  • Nice to have such a truck as daily driver... here in Europe it's to hard to use them daily.

  • It's nice to see old trucks that are still put to work.

  • Nice ride. I own a 64 Belair, replaced the 3 speed column shifter with a Turbo 350 non overdrive. I miss the sound of the inline revving up and dropping after a shift.

  • i had 12,000 pounds of scrap iron on my car trailer and an IMPALA laid acrossed the box of my 66 3/4 ton. Now that was a load. The guy at the scrap yard was impressed.
