@matskaas Nice going with nice boat! We have a -86 Artekno one. Hiking straps are straps rigged in the cockpit that you can put your feet under and "hike" by hanging over the side of the boat. It's basically a racing thing to make the boat straighter without depowering sails and thus sail faster. We have found them very useful in cruising as well though since with them it's much more secure to sit on the sidedecks.
