Super channel did not buy the ownership rights to this program. They only had rights to air the program a specific number of times over a preset period.

Thank you, Richie. That would be excellent. I've seen the Lincolns several times over the past 25 years and am also well acquainted with a former guitarist of theirs, Jack Semple, and I've always enjoyed the band. Look forward to seeing more clips as they become available. - Thanks, Doug.

Hello Wayne! Thanks for writing. I really would like to have the blessing of whomever does own the rights to this broadcast. I have more footage that I would like to get uploaded to my channel. I think it really shows off these fine musicians and I have received only the most positive of responses from YouTubers. Can you offer me any other avenues to pursue? An email note to this channel would suffice, I'm sure, just to indicate that there is no problem. It was a very long time ago after all...

I have the entire concert and am slowly breaking it up into separate performances. I'm also waiting on the Superchannel brass to process my email request for permission to feature these performances. If they do not respond I will assume that they don't care. Barring a cease and desist order you can expect the next song in a week or so. -- regards, Richie
