This is an amateur tattoo placed very close to the eye. Several years old. To protect the eye, it is necessary to place an ocular shield over the cornea so that there is no damage by the laser light. This tattoo will take an average of 5-6 sessions to fully remove. This video is of the first session. The whitening of the ink indicates that the laser is successfully absorbed by the ink. The whitening will go away within 5 minutes. We used the state of the art Hoya Conbio C6 q-switched laser, the fastest and most powerful laser on the market. Faster and more powerful = less overall pain, less overall # of sessions for full removal.
