I'm so glad other people know about this movie! I thought I was the only one who knew it existed! AND! I love that you have the VHS. I now have to find that things, plug in the VCR, and watch it. I'm going to revert back to my childhood, and I have no regrets.

@DukeofYar From the looks of the comments, it seems like everyone thought they were the only one who knew it existed. Maybe we were all just hipsters as kids and liked this one obscure Christmas movie.

I understand the urge to eat cheese balls. It's A Wonderful Life always makes me want to drink to excess. Same thing.

This is my favorite holiday movie too, regrettably my parents hate me and rid the house of a VHS player and the VHS Annabel's Wish. When she eats said milk dud/cheese balls and that weird like slurp eating business commences I think that spawned my hatred of hearing people eat. Annabel is the best and I always wanted a little brown cow afterward.

I feel like you should know that when you first started talking about the cheeseballs scene I immediately said aloud, "Nope, wrong, they were totally bon-bons" despite having last seen that movie when I was about seven, and, yeah.

I find it interesting how we make up a lot of memories, just through repetition.

Oh and we post-rationalise the majority of our decisions, because once we reach a decision, we naturally forget how we came to that decision, so when someone asks us why we decided that way, we have to make it up using bits and pieces.

I personally have many memories from my childhood that I'm not sure if they are real or just the product of other people telling me stories about my childhood.

Ive been trying to remember the name of this film for so long ... I loved it when I was little and watching it is one of my earliest memorys
