God bless him, you can see how painfully hard he's trying not to stammer. I've only just seen the movie "The King's Speech" this summer and am an American. But this story touched me, not just because it had great cast, and was well written. But the fact that it was real, and how hard he was pushed and bullied by his brother, and extremely strict upbringing. Feel really sorry for him, but what an amazingly brave and deterred man he was. Wish I could have met him, but will meet him in haven.

@SuzLa1 maybe they didnt have spanx............but oy how about girdles....considering the image that was to be portrayed ..............esp ....the snugness of some of her dresses its a pity they didnt have more children as queen v had 9!!!!

You know what? I can't see The Queen Mother in Elizabeth or Margaret. They resemble their father more but only slightly. Queen Mary however, looks remarkably like her granddaughter, Elizabeth II.
