I think the government is corrupt through and through, but he's right.
It would have leaked, there was too much risk, too unpredictable, and the government wouldn't do this to justify attacking Iraq, they would do it anyway, they don't give a goddamn what we think. The world just isn't that controlled.

@Bongofury361 yeah but he knows the government is corrupt and seeking power. It doesn't matter whether 9/11 was initiated by government officials or not. The government itself is not one cohesive body that agrees on everything. It's an oversimplification, and he's saying its unnecessary to dwell on this. We should be focusing on the fixing the system itself.
