The Klamath Basin National Wildlife Refuge Complex in southern Oregon/northern California includes six refuges. Among them are Bear Valley National Wildlife Refuge, where North American bald eagles roost at night in winter, and Lower Klamath National Wildlife Refuge and Tule Lake National Wildlife Refuge, where they often come to feed.
