Here's what I love about the carbon footprint scam in Australia. Aussies are told they're amongst the world's top polluters and we should all pay heavier (carbon) taxes to save the world. Even if CO2 was linked to global warming (which we all know it isn't) Australia emits 553 million tonnes of CO2 each year, yet China who ranks as a low CO2 polluter by Kyoto standards, emits Five and a half BILLION tonnes each year.
What is wrong with this picture? What is the real agenda?

My original comment was more citing the financial incentive for organizations to produce biased information: "that man made global warming is a crisis".
My mistake... I just spend 3 comments refuting you when in fact we were in agreement already - that temperature change leads carbon change by 500 years, and that C02-driven global warming is a hoax.
The Supreme Court Of the United States ruled the same thing when investigating Al Gore's pretty graph in his movie. They found something in the neighborhood of 16 flaws that had to be legally presented to any educational institution that would present his film.
OF them, included the FACT that the scale of Al Gore's graph, and the conclusion that Co2 directly drives temperature was WRONG, BECAUSE C02 CHANGES 500 YEARS AFTER Temperature.
I would also like to call into question a incident in German history when the German government tried to undermine Einstein's work by arguing "200 scientists disagree with you - so you must be wrong".
Einstein's answer: It only takes one to PROVE me wrong.
Basically, just because they tell you something, doesn't make it true. Co2 lags 500 years behind temperature change, throughout the ENTIRE evolutionary history of the world.
