The LCD screens are a HUGE improvement. Why APC insisted on putting the serial number on the back of these units in something like a 9-point font is mind boggling to me. It was such a hassle to have to crawl under a desk or behind a server rack just to get a model number or serial number off one of these units.

Nice to see that APC is starting to include features that Eaton (Powerware / MGE OPS) has had for a long time (such as load segments which they pioneered back in 1992). APC = brand leader. Eaton = innovator and technology leader.
