@Glamgirl245 there are farmers markets near you for the best produce and meats. Get a 60 dollar water filter, they can be found online.... or buy filtered water dispensed by the gallon for 25 cents usually. for a few bucks a month you can have clean water. By eliminating the processed / packed foods from your diet you will save enough money to buy what you need

where can i get clean water and healther food cuz i know in the bronx ny the supermarkets arent selling good food. I wanna be healthy i wanna live long and not get sick oneday then its over. what should i do? and i looked up water filters that take out the fluoride but it was like $200 and something dollars and i dont have the money
