He Shoves the Guy, Under Color Of Authority, into the Street, then tells Him He's in Traffic! BRAIN SURGEONS. What's with these Guys,He was only there to do Interviews&Film them as they went in&out.This was wrong. All false charges against the reporter - trespassing, failure to follow a lawful order, and interference with a police officer - were later dropped. Asa Eslocker's ABC attorneys did not sue over the unlawful arrest because ABC their parent company Walt Disney were before Congress and the FCC over impending issues, and did not want the adverse publicity of a lawsuit.
