The healthcare reform bill passes the house 220-215, a margin that some Republicans are calling too small.

The Stupak healthcare amendment, which would make it more difficult to have abortions covered by insurance plans offered through the proposed exchange, and would affect the lower income individuals most likely to turn to an unsafe abortion if they cannot afford a legal and safe one.
