I've seen a dead cat inside one of those cages :S it was horrible. The cage was in a very hot place, it's possible that the cat died because it was summer and there was no shade

hey i saved a cat from one of those before......
..it had no food left and i could tell it was sitting there for days-for how skinny it was-.

yes, they take care of RODENTS! Like my kitty was trying to do but was killed because someone decided to poison the rats which Socks ate the rat and it killed her. grrr
