How can people say this is not practical in a real fight. It's all as effective as it looks. If you use it correctly it works. Using peoples weight against themselves and understanding the bodies balance is nothing new. It's used in MMA just in different ways, usually just in the wrestling. Example: If you lock up with some one and you are pushing them hard and they are pushing back hard, then all of a sudden you pull them towards you they will fall to the ground with ease (unless expected).

I love traditional MA but I really have to question how affective this style can be in a real life situation. I think your better offs with Hung Gar or definitely Wing Chun for sure

@TheGuitarkid15 I agree
-
@FaJingPower 99% the The martial artist and 1 % the martial art

yea this form of style is a more traditional form nice n handy if your going do performances or stuntman for like fighting movies n some sort but really no good use in modern fighting liek you can learn some stuff that will help you in modern fighting thats no doubt

This looks cool. Too bad it's not very practical in a real fight.

I like this video because it illustrates how wrong people are when they rip on wushu vs traditional. Go to 1:50 and see all of the reasons why those people rip on wushu in a traditional form! And now I must gloat by quoting a wise confucian master:
"Uh Uh and if ya don't know... now ya know! Uh" (Biggie Smalls)

i shall take to the streets and perform these feats... lol
