Tinikling in Chiba City, Japan

This is a portion of the QCPADFI dance scholars' performance at the Chiba City Civic Center last October 18, 2008. Our scholars taught some of the audience how to do the traditional Tagalog dance, "Tinikling". The performance is part of a long-standing partnership between sister-cities Quezon City , Philippines and Chiba City, Japan.

The group was headed by Miss Joy Belmonte (QCPADFI Chairperson). Also present in the delegation were Luther Perez (Artistic Director), Rheila Montes-Uy (Executive Director), Allen Ponsaran, Jr. (Operations Manager) and Antonio Palis (Musical Director).
