Go placidly amid the noise and the haste,
and remember what peace there may be in silence.

this made me cry......... im way to emotional ....but at least i can release my feelings in a natural way .....yes tears are natures cleansing of the soul! never be afrain to let it all out and life will prevail! thank god for good people and great music!

and some of us go here and then realise there is more...and sometimes it is just nice to know there are others who can understand our hurt and our pain...and tis nice to see that those of us who have been there and done that can help others...thank God for ur life!!

Unusual suject matter for a youtube video self hurting/abuse, very disturbing, but very moving......it can be a cruel world.....but some of us are very lucky......
