  • can i just ask how you learnt poi...if you did it via help videos or did you just play with them and basicaaly teach yourself...some ppl have told me im better just teaching my self to get my own sence of style and others have told me to watch videos , either way tho i do love watching your vids lol

  • A combination of teaching myself, watching videos, and tracking down other poi spinners. I do agree that you should play on your own a lot and always be confident that you can teach yourself for sure.

  • is there A way I can freeze the colors of my oggs like you have? I just bought them from flowtoys and I didn't think that you could keep them still on one color.. I figure it's a variation of the oggs that you have, or some kind of DIY "hack"..

  • Yeah, they made those for me actually. But they were fragile because it was a custom job.

  • Third! Third! Oh, wait, I posted it...

  • I'm using flag poi and I tend to have the issue of the nylon "tails" colliding with each other. Whenever both poi come up or go down the center, the flags will brush against each other. Not the chain, but just the nylon. They don't tangle, but it does slow me a bit. Maybe I just have short arms? haha

  • BTW u face track #2 :)

  • excelent thankyou...ill deffo be buying your new video for sure!!! you have the teafairie to thank for that lol.

  • Hurrah! Thanks, Nick!

  • thanks again for another great exercise! I did not think this would be that difficult, until I picked up my home made sock poi and tried it. I can see how this exercise will open up many possibilities in playing more freely. Thanks!
