I urge you all to practice these cleansings.
i have had horrible digestion/gastric problems most of my life, and now i have a clean colon like a young vegetarian- even my lactose intolerance seems to have cleared up!
take THAT, western medicine...
Mr. Harris is truly a saint for posting these videos free of charge, so if you have any common sense, you'll practice and become proficient; this is the only qigong on youtube that isn't psycho-bullshit.

@Gino777 I agree , I met him in person and Grandmaster David healed me with 1 treatment of his SHUN TAO SYSTEM and the second time just cleared up the last 5-10%. I was supposed to get neck and back surgery. He did for me what 20 other doctors , healers, acupuncture masters,etc couldn't do. TAKE THAT WESTERN MEDICINE!! I mean western POISON!

can i use the 24 Qigong postures to heal others if i imagine i am working on their meridanas not mine while i do the postures or something like that
Breathing through your nose-> is that because these are Yin qigong exercises?
As far as I know Yang qigong exercises are about breathing through your mouth.

@kosombi Yes. That is the base of the style. However, the techniques are good for building both Yin and Yang types of Qi. Also, be very careful when studying a style which uses harsh breathing techniques. They can be very dangerous.

@samlhealer It all depends on you. Check how you are feeling. If you start to get over charged, get some water and take a break. I find that most people take awhile to build up to that. So it's OK, just proceed safely.
