  • @lorieAnne How about trying new methods? I suggest you could try WeightLossAction.Info.. I found alot of diet methods there that could burn your fats so fast.. I myself tried it too..

  • I've been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I'm a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.

    HOW TO LOSE FAT

    1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat "low glycemic" carb sources in the day).

    2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.

    3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com

    4) Perform high intensity interval training.

  • If you want to be thinner diet and cardio is key. You will not lose fat by doing these just increase strength in abs and legs.

  • i have downloaded the workout of stephen cabral for 6 weeks but plz tell me i have to do only 3 rounds and 15 reps or 20 reps only on consecutive days will b enough for that day and the other day i can do cardio on treadmill or elliptical...plz reply soon
