If you are going to use this read-aloud text to teach Spanish (obviously not authentic, since it was created specificially to teach Spanish), at least have a native speaker do it. The narrator --whose pronunciation is quite good otherwise but not native-like-- is not a native speaker. The subject pronoun "ella" is unnecessarily repeated over and over (Spanish is a pro-drop language), and spirantization of the voiced stops is not realized.
