Plane Spotting at Schiphol, 31 August 2008

31 August 2008 was a great spotting day for me. It was my first time that I spotted at a runway and not on the Panorama deck at Schiphol.

The weather was quite nice, it was sunny and warm. (32 degrees Celsius)

The runway where I stand was the "Kaagbaan" or 06/24. This runway was active for Take-offs.

@mylosairplanefan Thanks! Helaas is het niet meer mogelijk om langs de kaagbaan te staan, want op die plek komen nieuwe vrachtgebouwen en platforms. Je kan wel nog aan de kop van de kaagbaan gaan staan. Geen idee hoe je er met de auto moet komen maar met het OV kan je buslijn 187, 191 of 198 pakken op Schiphol Plaza naar "Kruisweg" ;)
